Schedule- 6:45 a.m. Load Buses at LHS in half uniform
- 7:00 a.m. Departure
- 8:30 a.m. Exit buses in half uniform. Look sharp and professional
- 8:35 a.m. SNACK
- 9:15 a.m. Return to Buses to get full uniform and instruments
- 9:30 a.m. Stretch
- 10:15 a.m. Warm Up in Area D
- 11:15 a.m. Depart Warm-up
- 11:25 a.m. Pre-Stage
- 11:30 a.m. Semi-Finals PERFORMANCE Parents, family and friends cheer super loudly so we can win General Effect!!!!
- 11:45 a.m. 4A Semifinals Awards and Announcement of finalists
- 12:15 p.m. Return instruments to the buses. Change into half uniform
- 1:30 p.m. Relax
- 2:30 p.m. Band Meeting
- 3:00 p.m. Watch Rampart H.S.
- 3:15 p.m. Watch Arapahoe H.S.
- 3:30 p.m. Watch Legacy H.S.
- 3:45 p.m. 5A Semifinals Awards and Announcement of Finalists
Our FINALS performance time will be either 6:45 p.m. if we are in second or at 7:15 p.m. if we are in first. The following schedule will be based on us being in first at semifinals. If we are in second, then move everything up 30 minutes sooner.
- 5:00 p.m. Back to the buses to get full uniform and instruments
- 5:15 p.m. Stretch
- 5:50 p.m. Transition
- 6:00 p.m. Warm-up in Area D
- 7:00 p.m. Depart Warm-up
- 7:10 p.m. Pre-Stage
- 7:15 p.m. FINALS PERFORMANCE Parents, family and friends cheer super loudly so we can win General Effect!!!!
- 7:30 p.m. Performance Review
- 7:45 p.m. Return instruments to bus. Put shakos on bus. Stay in full uniform
- 8:00 p.m. Watch 5A Bands and enjoy hot drinks and snacks at the band trailer.
- 9:15 p.m. Begin getting lined up for full retreat
- 9:30 p.m. Staged for full band retreat. We need an American Flag on a pole for retreat.
- 9:45 p.m. FULL BAND RETREAT and Awards
- 10:15 p.m. Return to buses
- 10:40 p.m. Departure
- 12:10 a.m. Return to LHS. We will watch the DVD in class on Monday, October 26. Enjoy some well deserved rest.
