I don't think corinna would celebrate hitting her chromatic run. (see Best Experiences)

Yeah this wasn't corrina she might say something like that to herself but she would never say anything like that directly to someone else. I agree she wouldn't celebrate her chromatic run.

Hey, everyone. This is Corinna. I know this is years later, but for the record, this was not me (I didn't even have a membership until about 5 minutes ago, actually). I know I was tough on my section (and if I had the chance to repeat, I would do many things differently), but even so I would never have said any of those things. I never even thought them - mostly I was just frustrated with some of my sections' lack of commitment and effort. I wanted them to care as much about the band and about doing well as I did. Flutes get a lot of slander and ridicule from the rest of the band, and I really wanted my section to prove them wrong in everything they were saying, and to my frustration, we were living up to a lot of it. Unfortunately, I went about it in the wrong way. I'm not stupid, I knew (even then) that I wasn't handling things right and that most of my section didn't like me as a leader, but I didn't really know how to do it the right way. So this message is for two reasons.... one, to establish that even when I was most frustrated, I would never have said (or thought) any of those things about anyone in the band, and two, to apologize for the way I did handle my section. And thanks to the two of you who defended me (I'm pretty sure I know who you are). Thanks for reading,
Corinna
