Hi everyone! The website will be getting a face lift with plenty of new content and a new, sleek look in the coming weeks! The first change that has been made is to switch over our calendar to Google Calendars. If you already have a Gmail address or Google account, you can easily view the Loveland Band calendar right from your account (although you do not need an account to view the calendar)! You can even synchronize the calendar with iCal or Microsoft Outlook for easy viewing on your computer and mobile devices!

Just go to http://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=0736g64p1q7e0n5l31tljceat4%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=America/Denver to view the calendar!

On July 9, Drums Along the Rockies, Colorado's premier marching music event and annually one of the best and most popular events of its kind in the world, is coming to Loveland!  You can join in all the action, excitement and pageantry as 5 of the top 12 world class drum and bugle corps converge upon Ray Patterson Field to compete for bragging rights as they march through Colorado on their way to the Drum Corps International: Marching Music's Major League (DCI) World Championships. Dear Band Families:
I am turning over my bookkeeping duties this week.

• Simona Tebbe will be taking over the student band accounts.  She'll be picking up from the green box and the PO box.  She'll be invoicing students for their band fees and crediting their payments.
• Joel Henderson will be maintaining the Booster's bank accounts, making deposits, paying our bills, and reconciling our accounts.
• Kathy Myers will be monitoring the students' grant accounts. I won't be turning this portion over to Kathy until next week so May grants for Scrips and grocery cards will not be credited until then.
• Randy Moore will stay on as our Treasurer.  He'll oversee all of the above as well as monitor our budgets, file all necessary paperwork, etc.
  

I want to thank them for volunteering their time and energy to help us out in this way.

Reminders:
Many students have Marching and/or WIBC fees past due.  See Attached for fee schedules.  Also attached is a Credit/Debit Card form for those who wish to pay that way.
Signed WIBC Fee Schedule/Financial Policy forms were due June 1st. WIBC Scholarship Essays were due June 1st.

DRUMS ALONG THE ROCKIES (optional for those who wish to go) ticket forms and payments are due this Friday, June 4th. Please turn them in at camp check-in at 8am.
