With your support, we can offer so much more to our LHS band students in their goal of sharing their talents within the school, the community, our state and beyond.
The mission of the Loveland High School Band Boosters is to provide logistics, moral and financial support to the LHS bands. We support the LHS bands curriculum classes as well as extracurricular activities such as the Crimson Regiment, Jazz bands, Wind Symphony, Symphonic and Concert bands, and the Loveland Winter Guard. We raise money to purchase musical instruments and pay for repairs, marching uniforms and concert wear, sheet music, transportation to performances and competitions, and instruction costs. We cooperate fully with the band directors, school administration, and the Thompson R2-J Board of Education so that the band program at Loveland High School can be maintained at the highest standards of excellence.
We are a non-profit 501(c)(3)organization band booster founded in 1997. We have an excellent group of board members and booster members who are dedicated to supporting our band students in every way. We rely on our Booster volunteers, area organizations, businesses and individuals to work together to achieve our goals.
We need you to help our band raise operational funds. Each year, we organize fundraisers with the Director and with school administration approval to support the annual budget for the band program and to support student accounts and expenses. However, we have many other financial responsibilities to the band program, such as providing additional instructional opportunities for students and transporting the 150-member band and all equipment to competitions and outside functions. We also purchase and maintain those instruments that are too expensive for personal ownership. Your sponsorship helps to make band participation accessible to all students.
