Congratulations and well-done to Colleen Duggan(principal tuba), Thomas Veldhuizen (tuba), and Stirling Pettit (clarinet) who performed this last weekend in the 2017 All-State Symphonic Band at UNC Greeley.
Students were selected for the All-State Concert and Symphonic Bands by audition in late November and early December. After spending Thursday, Friday, and most of Saturday in rehearsal, the bands performed in concert on Saturday April 1st.
The All-State Symphonic Band was conducted Guest Conductor Craig Kirchhoff, Professor Emeritus from the University of Minnesota.
